Ingredients: beans, rice, spices Directions: 1 mix, 1 ham bone, 1lb sausage (optional) Wash beans, place in dutch oven and cover with water. Add ham bone and seasoning pack. Cook over medium-low heat 3-4 hours, adding water if needed. Cook rice 30 minutes before serving. Combine sausage, beans, and rice.
