At Little Springs Cattle Company (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality, farm-fresh products. Due to the perishable nature of most of our items, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy.

1. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

• All meat products are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
• We cannot accept frozen products back for resale.
• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for perishable goods.

2. Apparel Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a sweatshirt or other apparel for a different size, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:

• The customer must pay for shipping to send the original item back to us.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• This exchange policy applies only to apparel and does NOT apply to meats.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, if an issue arises, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
